August Chat & Challenge
The next Portrait Society of Atlanta chat will be August 26, beginning at 7 p.m. (Eastern). The challenge is to use a pencil (graphite) to do a sketch or drawing of someone. Pencils are a simple, sometimes under-appreciated art tool. They are affordable, easy to carry, and handy to use. Techniques range from simple line drawings to highly complex, photorealistic renderings.
To participate in the challenge, please send a good quality image of your creation to portraitsocietyofatlanta@gmail.com by noon, August 26. All PSA members are welcome to join the chat (whether or not you do the challenge), share information about art projects and methods, and get to know other PSA members.
