August Chat & Challenge – Crayons

The challenge for the August 2025 Portrait Society of Atlanta member chat is to create a portrait using inexpensive wax crayons, such as Crayolas. Do not use water-soluble crayons, do not use pastels, do not use Conté crayons. Do use as few or as many colors as you like.
Experiment, have fun. Send a good quality image of your work to portraitsocietyofatlanta@gmail.com by noon on Thursday, August 28. The chat will begin that night at 7 p.m.
