DESCRIPTION:\nThe next Portrait Society of Atlanta chat will be August 26, beginning at 7 p.m. (Eastern). The challenge is to use a pencil (graphite) to do a sketch or drawing of someone. Pencils are a simple, sometimes under-appreciated art tool. They are affordable, easy to carry, and handy to use. Techniques range from simple line drawings to highly complex, photorealistic renderings.\n\n\n\nTo participate in the challenge, please send a good quality image of your creation to portraitsocietyofatlanta@gmail.com ( mailto:portraitsocietyofatlanta@gmail.com ) by noon, August 26.
